About the Practice

Bringing a woman's body back to its natural balance

Your body and metabolism are as individual as you are. Drawing on more than twenty-three years of comprehensive, medically sound assessment, we evaluate your health, habits, cycle and lifestyle — to ease today's concerns and help prevent tomorrow's. This is a practice built around one thing done properly: women's hormonal and reproductive health, from the first irregular cycle to the years well past menopause.

Our Doctors

Ayurveda doctors, genuinely passionate about Ayurveda

For more than twenty-three years we've helped people stay healthy, achieve better outcomes and live fuller lives. The human body has an astonishing capacity to heal itself; our work is to identify what stands in the way, and to suggest the food, habits and herbs that support that natural ability. Women's care at the practice is led by Dr Smriti Singh, alongside Dr Ameet Verma.

Dr Smriti Singh

Lead Physician — Women's Health

Dr Smriti leads the women's practice — hormonal and reproductive care across the whole arc of a woman's life: irregular and painful cycles, PCOS, fertility for both partners, the perimenopausal transition and the years beyond. Her consultations are unhurried by design, and her plans are built from your history and constitution rather than assigned off a chart. She is a graduate in Ayurveda from Lucknow University with a postgraduate certificate in Panchakarma from Mumbai University.

Dr Ameet Verma

Physician — Integrative & Metabolic Care

Dr Ameet brings the metabolic and integrative side of the practice — the insulin resistance, thyroid, liver and weight patterns that sit beneath so many women's hormonal conditions. Also a graduate in Ayurveda from Lucknow University with a postgraduate certificate in Panchakarma from Mumbai University, he works closely with Dr Smriti so that complex cases are seen through more than one lens, and so that Ayurvedic treatment is always read against your modern diagnostics.

How We Work

Classical Ayurveda, integrated with modern medicine

We don't ask you to choose between Ayurveda and modern medicine. Every case is built from four things read together: an Ayurvedic evaluation of your constitution and imbalance, modern pathology and pharmacology, a careful review of your diagnostic reports, and an honest look at your current treatment. The result is a personalised plan that addresses your concern while minimising risk — and that never quietly conflicts with a medicine you're already taking.

It also means we know our limits and respect them. Where a finding needs a surgeon, an obstetrician, an oncologist or a paediatrician, we say so plainly and refer without hesitation — supportive care sits alongside that specialist care, never in place of it. The aim is not to keep you in one system, but to get you the right care from whichever one serves you best.

Education & Certification

Time-honoured training, kept current with evidence

Alongside their Ayurvedic practice, both doctors pursue ongoing certification from leading international institutions — so your care draws on classical wisdom and the latest global evidence in nutrition and lifestyle medicine at the same time.

"It is not illness that creates imbalance — illness is itself a symptom of imbalance."

We help bring your body back to a state of equilibrium — and help you keep it there, supporting the lifestyle choices and self-care that improve the quality of your life. Today's pace takes its toll: poor eating, too little movement, overwork, short sleep and untimely meals lead to weight gain, inflammation, a weakened immune system and rising risk of chronic disease. Prevention matters all the more, since many chronic conditions cannot simply be cured.
